Terms & Conditions.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Disputes must be resolved individually through arbitration, where permitted by law, rather than through jury trials, class actions, or other representative proceedings. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

To access many of our Services, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your account details secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or other security issues, please contact us immediately at support@ladybuglabsllc.com. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, as allowed by law. You also agree not to create a new account if we’ve previously suspended or removed you from the Services, unless we give you explicit permission.

Subscription & Payments

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it. You authorize Ladybug Labs LLC to charge your selected payment method at the start of each new subscription term for the then-current subscription price. If we’re unable to process your payment, you are still responsible for any outstanding amounts owed.

• Cancellations: To cancel your subscription, you must do so through your iPhone’s subscription settings in the App Store. After canceling, you will continue to have access to the app until the end of your current subscription period. Payments already made are non-refundable.

• Pricing: We may update your Recurring Subscription from time to time, including changes to pricing. If we make any significant changes, we’ll notify you in advance at the email address linked to your account. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription.

If you have any concerns about a transaction made through the Services, you must contact us first before disputing or reversing a charge with your payment provider, unless otherwise allowed by law. We may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information related to your purchase. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or if your payment method is declined. Payments made to us are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship is created

Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ladybug Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents (“Ladybug Labs Parties”) from any claims, disputes, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) that result from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content or feedback; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of someone else’s rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (e) your actions in connection with the Services.

You agree to notify the Ladybug Labs Parties right away of any third-party claims, cooperate with them in defending the claim, and cover the costs of the defense. Ladybug Labs LLC may choose to take control of the defense or settlement of any claim.
